Failing to do so within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the goods.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition (unworn or unused), with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Ensure to include the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, opt for a shipping method with tracking information. Please note that items on sale, and damages or losses caused by customers are non-returnable.
General Return Procedure:
Initiate a return by contacting [email protected], providing images and/or videos of the items, along with your order number. Our customer service team will review your return request within 3 business days. If approved, we’ll furnish you with the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Fees:
For returns due to our error, a full refund will be issued. However, if it’s due to the buyer’s preference or ordering error, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. Certain return reasons may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds:
